Let’s be honest, the vast majority of the incumbent banks have not done a great job with their so called digital transformation, so how well will they perform on their Metaverse adventure (well some can use this as a way to leapfrog their digital ambition, after all the Metaverse is an extension of the current internet experience that we all seem to love)
